Return requests can be accepted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Any requests to make a return/exchange of goods will no longer be available. Customized products do not support returns, because they are customized according to different customer needs.
We have two shipping methods: Standard Shipping & FedEx/UPS.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 days that depends on destination.
FedEx/UPS Shipping Time: 3-8 days that depends on destination.
The main design purpose of ABS light-transmitting keycaps is to reflect individuality and theme. Some patterns will be larger and longer. Therefore, when the keyboard is applied, the middle part of the keycap may be brighter and the two sides are darker. This is because the mechanical keyboard has only one light in the middle and the key position cannot diffuse light to all parts. Therefore, customers who must require no detail to transmit light should choose carefully.

Refunds regarding products not received from a shipping courier.
We recommend contacting the courier regarding any issues with shipment. We do not offer refunds if they have an issue with delivery, nor will we resend the order.
The following situations will also not be eligible for a refund request:
1. Incorrect contact information or address was provided
2. Not reply via email or accept calls from the courier
3. Refusing to sign for the parcel
4. Refusing to pay any import tax or fee's
5. Refusing import clearance
