1. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?
All products will incur shipping fees based on both their individual weight and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
While some products may qualify for free shipping under specific conditions or promotions, most orders will be shipped using standard or expedited services depending on availability and destination. Estimated delivery times typically range between 7–15 business days.
We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
2. What is the processing time?
It normally takes 5 days for our Chinese warehouse staff to hand orders(excluding weekends and holidays).
Products that are not marked as group buys are stock products. We will arrange shipping to you in 7 business days.
Please note that if the checkout page displays only a generic “Shipping” label without specifying a carrier, it means your order contains items from multiple warehouses and will be split into separate shipments.
If you prefer faster delivery, please choose products from the QuickShip collection and make sure that USPS is shown as the carrier at checkout. This increases the likelihood of your order being shipped from a single warehouse and delivered more quickly.
3. What's the shipping time?
FedEx/DHL Shipping Time: 5-7 days
Economy Express Time：7-15 days
If you order Group Buy-Products, it will take 1.5-2 months to produce.
4. Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
All prices labeled at our site do not include duties and taxes. Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We will charge the taxes according to the local policies.
Please note that your shipment may be delayed due to national holidays, stock shortages, carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

So I play a lot and one of my big problems with my old key caps is that over time they wear off and the letters become blank I was wondering if this product will do the same
Theoretically, keycaps will experience varying degrees of wear over time. However, PBT material is highly resistant to wear, providing a longer lifespan.

Keys are nice and feel like the perfect level of indented-ness. Tons of options that came in to fit almost all types of keyboards! I WISH they shone through the lettering and other parts a bit BUT... the keys are amazing and my lights are still showing underneath and the board is still lit up. Space bar is a bit too rounded BUT... its Asuka so I don't care how round it is. These keycaps are beautiful and the price tag was well worth it. IF I had another keyboard that needed caps; I would 1000% buy from this company again. Thanks for helping build my EVA setup!
I love it. Indeed my nephew love it too that took the keyboard for him jajajaja.
I really enjoy them!
Literally in love they look soooo cool!!
Still waiting for the keycaps I actually ordered. I'll update my review when they arrive.
Got here fast awesome art work awesome keys
The shades of pink on the keyset look much softer and pinker in the pictures than the actual product, which has a more red/orange tint to it.
It looks and feels great. Shipping was surprisingly fast and arrived exactly as advertised.
Order arrived quickly and the key caps are great quality! Definitely would recommend the product.
These keys fit relatively easily, there is one key that does stick but I managed to smooth it out. I wish they had included a key removing tool but that's cool. The price definitely made up for that. The keys do allow light through and the art is still smooth and clear after many hours of use. I didn't use every key, but I love that they included multiples and alternative keys so I could pick the best designs and the best feeling keys.
i love persona 5
