1. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

All products will incur shipping fees based on both their individual weight and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

While some products may qualify for free shipping under specific conditions or promotions, most orders will be shipped using standard or expedited services depending on availability and destination. Estimated delivery times typically range between 7–15 business days.

2. What is the processing time?

It normally takes 5 days for our Chinese warehouse staff to hand orders(excluding weekends and holidays).

Products that are not marked as group buys are stock products. We will arrange shipping to you in 7 business days.

Please note that if the checkout page displays only a generic “Shipping” label without specifying a carrier, it means your order contains items from multiple warehouses and will be split into separate shipments.

If you prefer faster delivery, please choose products from the QuickShip collection and make sure that USPS is shown as the carrier at checkout. This increases the likelihood of your order being shipped from a single warehouse and delivered more quickly.

3. What's the shipping time?

FedEx/DHL Shipping Time: 5-7 days

Economy Express Time：7-15 days

If you order Group Buy-Products, it will take 1.5-2 months to produce.
