Would these keycaps fit a Meetion ergonomic keyboard?

It looks like this set only comes with 1 spacebar size, where can I find what size it is? My keyboard requires a 6.25U spacebar. Thank you!

MX Switches are all compatible.
Do these keycaps come with switches as well? The instruction detail includes information about replacing the switches but I don't see the switches listed as part of the contents. Also, what is the switch color type? Cherry MX, but what color? Thanks!
