*Regarding the custom keycap&keyboard

Regarding the custom keycap keyboard, our customer service will send an email to confirm within three days (excluding holidays). Please pay attention to the confirmation email after placing your order. Check your inbox or spam folder, and promptly confirm with customer service upon receiving the email. If no confirmation is made within three days after the email is sent, we will proceed to ship the product you designed on the website by default.

Due to the unique nature of custom products, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue

1. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

All products will incur shipping fees based on their individual weights. The shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight of each product.

For keyboard products, except for a few keyboards where we will use DHL/Fedex, the rest of the keyboards will be shipped free of charge. However, the delivery time may be extended, and the estimated transit time will be within 7-15 days.

The most delivery will be handled by either FedEx or DHL, and the carrier will be chosen at random.

2. What is the processing time?

It normally takes 5 days for our Chinese warehouse staff to hand orders(excluding weekends and holidays).

Products that are not marked as group buys are stock products. We will arrange shipping to you in 7 business days.

3. What's the shipping time?

FedEx/DHL Shipping Time: 3-7 days.

Free Shipping Time:7-15 days

If you order Group Buy-Products, it will take 1.5-2 months to produce.

4. Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?

All prices labeled at our site do not include duties and taxes. Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We will charge the taxes according to the local policies.
