Please check the appearance of the kit for major defects before removing the plastic wrap, as we cannot offer free after-sales service once the wrap is removed.

Exterior Surface QC Standards:

1. The surface of the top and bottom shell of the keyboard (viewed from above) should not have more than three defects (such as pits, pinholes, bubbles, or dents) each less than 1mm*1mm in size. On the sides and bottom, 4-6 defects with a diameter of less than 0.9mm and a spacing of less than 5cm are acceptable.
2. From a viewing distance of 30cm, there should be no obvious machining marks, scratches, or dents on the exterior surface. Minor machining marks are permissible at chamfered seams.
3. The edges of the electrophoretic copper counterweight may have minor stopping marks and slight tolerance gaps at the seams, which are normal.

Interior Surface QC Standards: Due to the high volume of shipments, it is not feasible to apply QC standards to the interior surfaces. Normal machining marks, chamfered edges, and minor dents at corners are considered normal. While we aim to apply the same standards to both interior and exterior surfaces, individual QC inspections are not possible, hence the interior surfaces are not included in the QC after-sales service scope.
